Warranty & Returns

All units sold through this platform are eligible for a 10-year limited warranty, authorized by the product manufacturer, Rheem. The warranty details, including information on how to register your unit and make a claim, are as follows.

• 10-year Limited Warranty by Rheem: The Proterra heat pump water heater is backed by a 10-year limited tank and parts warranty.
• How to register your unit: Once you receive your unit, please register immediately. You must register your unit to make a warranty claim.
• How to make a claim: Once your transaction is complete, please get in touch with your contractor or distributor for resources in the event you need to make a warranty claim. If additional assistance is needed, our concierge team can also help you initiate a claim.
• Fixed Price Installation Warranty: Customers receiving fixed price installation through this platform should review warranty information with their contractor.

Returns

If you decide to return your unit, we can facilitate a return with our partner, FW Webb, from whom you picked it up or who delivered it.

All returns are subject to a $50 transportation fee. The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and be damage-free, unless notification is given upon pickup or delivery that damage was present before acceptance.
