Ordering Process

All orders through the Mass Save HPWH Marketplace will undergo a four-step fulfillment process:

  • Step 1 – Order Placement: Upon successful validation when you enter the Mass Save HPWH marketplace, you will be eligible to apply the instant $750 Mass Save HPWH incentive to a heat pump water heater. Once you place your order and select your fulfillment option, we will begin coordinating with our partners to ensure timely fulfillment. If you would like to receive a quote for installation services, we will coordinate with you to gather any additional data as needed (if applicable) and then initiate the process.
  • Step 2 – Order Fulfillment: If you choose pickup or delivery, our concierge team will contact you with instructions on coordinating with our distributor to receive your unit. If you choose professional installation, our concierge team will either connect you with the contractor performing the installation or provide you with a quote from the contractor for installation services. From this point on, you will communicate directly with the distributor or contractor to receive your unit or have it installed.
  • Step 3 – Order Completion: We will receive confirmation from our distributor or contractor partner that your unit was either delivered, picked up, or installed, and mark your order as complete. Our concierge team may follow up with you to inquire about your experience and assess your satisfaction.
